SWM CAMRA - supportingReal Ale, Real Cider and Real Pubs in East Berks & South Bucks
MAIDENHEAD BEER & CIDER FESTIVAL 2020
We are delighted to announce that the 8th Maidenhead Beer & Cider Festival will continue, but at a different venue on Friday 24th and Saturday 25th July. Because, Desborough College are having a major refurbishment this Summer we have had to move venues. The Rugby Club have welcomed us, but due to it's smaller size we are having to scale back our festival.
The festival will be opened on the Friday at noon by the Mayor and Chris Brown, the Borough Town Crier who will make his usual proclamation.
Our range of beers and ciders will have to reduce, due to the size of the venue, to approx. - 40 ales and 20 cider/perries. We hope to have a craft keg bar again, space permitting.
Some entertainment and good quality food is being organised and the following pages will be updated as the details are confirmed.
Opening at 12 Noon, the festival closes at 10.30pm on the Friday and Saturday.
As the Festival will be in July, keep your fingers crossed that we are blessed with decent weather as Saturday will be our friendly Family Afternoon. All children under 18 will be admitted FREE, however, we do ask all children to be off site by 8pm.
Beer, Cider & Wine
There will be a 2020 Festival Program before the event.
